Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Joe to sell our Chicago condo and buy a home in the suburbs. Joe has his general contractor's license and this makes all the difference. He can tell you right away what needs fixing, what may be a potential inspection issue and what realistic rehab costs would be if we were looking at older homes that needed updating. If you're looking for someone to aggressively market your home and who will have your best interests in mind and who will sincerely work hard to get you the property you want, I cannot recommend Joe enough.
