Joe Luzaj is the founder and managing broker of Area606. He has over 24 years of real estate, property management, and general contracting experience. Joe has a way of making his clients feel like they are part of his family. He is honest and direct in his interactions with others and will dedicate his time to ensure that clients get the service and product they  deserve. His knowledge of construction gives him a unique edge in the real estate market.  Joe is a visionary who helps his clients find their dream home and helps bring their design ideas to life with his team of professional contractors. He combines his real estate and contracting knowledge to provide a reliable and transparent approach to property management.  His personality and dedication to service has earned him the annual "Top Producer" recognition from the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. More importantly, he has a faithful clientele that he has maintained and grown in the last 20 years solely through word of mouth and referrals.

Bolorzul or Beezy is a real estate broker and has several years of experience in business and marketing. Her attention to detail and intuition makes her valuable in fully understanding her clients' needs and wants. Beezy has personalized approach with each client and is there every single step of the way during any real estate process. Bolorzul and her family immigrated to the United States from Mongolia in 2002 and she quickly learned the value of hard work, determination, and diligent. Valuing organization, clear communication, and tirelessly committing herself to her clients, she finds solutions that best serve her clients.
